1. Return Eligibility

  • All products, whether sealed or opened, are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and user manuals.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

Track Your Return
Keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed, in case we need to verify delivery.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your card issuer’s processing time, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund amount to appear in your account statement.

4. Exceptions

  • Clearance items and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
  • Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
